He says Xavier "looks fun"...
James McAvoy recently spoke with ComingSoon.net promoting his new film Trance and gave a brief update on X-Men: Days of Future Past. McAvoy is currently starring in a London stage production of MacBeth but apparently has had time to fit some prep work for the blockbuster into his schedule.
"I read the script yesterday," said McAvoy. "...I had my first costume fitting. He looks cool. He looks fun. I like his '70's costumes."
McAvoy added that he'll really get into Xavier's headspace once he's done with MacBeth, noting, "My head is all about [Macbeth] at the moment. The day I finish that, I'll be firmly Chuck Xavier."
The film will also star Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Halle Berry, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing and Boo Boo Stewart and will release on July 18th, 2014.
