[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer Being Investigated For Witness Tampering

Chalk up another train wreck incident for Lindsay Lohan's "legal team." TMZ reports that Lohan's attorney Mark Heller is being investigated after allegations came up that he tried to manipulate Lohan's former assistant into lying on the witness stand. According to law enforcement sources, the Santa Monica City Attorney will be launching investigating the claims and will interview Lohan's ex-assistant Gavin Doyle tomorrow in the presence of police.
Prosecutors believe that Heller tried to get Doyle to admit that he was driving Lohan's Porsche when it crashed into a track last summer. Doyle has told several people, including an officer of the court, about the alleged witness tampering. Heller claims that any such accusation is "crazy."
