[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan Chose Rehab Over Jail Because She's Scared Of Jail

Not because she wants help...
TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan accepted a plea deal of 90 days in lockdown rehab because she doesn't want to go to jail.
Prosecutors have been offering the deal for weeks but she rejected it. She finally decided to take it as she was flying to Los Angeles for the trial. She is telling friends that she likes the rehab option as it will allow her to "focus on herself without any distractions".
She is still saying that she doesn't have a substance abuse problem, which makes it unlikely she will get any help if she can't admit to having a problem. She has been in rehab before and it never worked.
