We'll be seeing more of Slade Wilson this fall...
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Manu Bennett has been promoted to a series regular for the second season of the Arrow TV series on the CW. Bennett now joins Colton Haynes, who plays Roy Harper, and Emily Bett Rickards, who plays Felicity Smoak, as series regulars for the next season.
Bennett portrays Slade Wilson, an ally to Oliver Queen when he was stranded on the island. In the comics, Slade is also known as the supervillain Deathstroke.
The new season of Arrow will air this fall. The show starring Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen airs on Wednesdays at 8PM ET/PT on the CW.
