According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kiefer Sutherland will play the role of the lead villain in Pompeii from director Paul W.S. Andersonn.
Kiefer Sutherland joins the cast including Emily Browning, Kit Harington and Jared Harris in the Summit Entertainment project.
The story centers around a slave trying to save his love after Mt. Vesuvius erupts over Pompeii. Milo must race to save his girlfriend and his best friend, a gladiator trapped in the city's coliseum.
