But she won't be charged with filing a false report...
TMZ reports that police believe that a book left in Famke Janssen's home by what was believed to be a burglar may have actually belong to her.
She called the New York Police Department in August after she returned home and found a copy of the children's book The Lonely Doll in her bedroom. Detectives believe it was hers because they found errand lists in the pages and her name was on at least one of the notes. They believe it has some connection to the home.
The book is about two toys that promise never to leave each other. Janssen may have been worried that a stalker was in her home. There were, however, no signs of forced entry. She is not expected to be charged with filing a false report because she honestly believes someone broke in and put the book there.
