They were cluttering the area...
TMZ reports that the crash site where Paul Walker and Roger Rodas died has become cluttered with fan tributes (including flowers, candles, posters and more), so the city has cleared the area. All of the various items, including trash, have piled up and created a road hazard.
City crews haven't thrown anything away, but instead moved the items off the street and onto the sidewalk. They invited the families of both men to take anything they'd like to keep. The city will also begin enforcing a "no parking" policy near the scene of the crash. Those who park will get a ticket.
