[VIDEO] Tim Meadows Says He'll Never Watch Saturday Night Live Again
Posted by Joseph Lee on 12.09.2013

TMZ reports that Tim Meadows is not happy that Saturday Night Live producers excluded him from the "Brasky Bar Guys" sketch on this past Saturday's episode and vowed never to watch again. Meadows appeared on the show from 1991 to 2001 and often appeared in the Brasky sketches.

He wrote on Twitter: "They did Brasky without me. Not even a 'hey would you want to come to do one line and bring your kids to see the 5 directions...?' Nothing... Wow... I will never watch SNL again. Sorry the ladies man bombed. If it would have done better they wouldn't treat me like a red-headed step child."

He was referring to The Ladies Man, a movie based on the SNL character that bombed in the year 2000. A film wasn't released based on the sketches of Saturday Night Live again until MacGruber in 2010.

He later calmed down and backed off of his comments. He said: "I'm not mad at the show. I know what it takes to produce those sketches in a short amount of time. I talked to a friend on the show who said it WAS a last minute sketch. I acted like a baby. I'm happy for all of my friends success and will always be grateful and proud to have been a part of SNL. That being said don't forget to see 'Anchorman 2' coming soon to a theater near you."
