But it can't beat NCIS...
The finale of The Voice had the best ratings for a Tuesday night in two months but not only did it drop from both of last season's finales but it couldn't beat NCIS and CBS. It was down a full point in the demographic from last year's finale and half a point from the spring finale. Meanwhile, CBS' entire lineup was up from their last new episodes in total views, but were flat or lower in the demographic. The other three networks stuck with reruns for the most part.
CBS won with 15.6 million viewers and a 9.8 rating/16 share in households, followed by NBC (11.5 million, 7.1/11), ABC (2.8 million, 1.9/3), FOX (1.8 million, 1.1/2) and The CW (937,000, 0.6/1). In the adults 18-49 demographic, NBC won with a 3.3 rating, followed by CBS (2.4), ABC (0.8), FOX (0.8) and The CW (0.3).
