[Movies] Jurassic World To Shoot In Hawaii And Louisiana

Midweek and The Times-Picayune have reported that Jurassic World will shoot in Hawaii and Louisiana.

The film will film for four weeks on Oahu in April and then two weeks on Kauai. It will then head to New Orleans for eleven weeks starting in June.

The film stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson and Irrfan Khan. It has a script written by director Colin Trevorrow from a script he wrote with Derek Connolly. Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley will produce. The film will be shot in 3D and will be released on June 12, 2015.

Meanwhile, Trevorrow said the film will shoot on both 35mm and 65mm.
