[TV] Ratings: Mind Games Has Slow Start, CBS Wins With NCIS
Posted by Joseph Lee on 02.26.2014

The time-period debuts of About A Boy and Growing Up Fisher did well for NBC after The Voice, with reruns of each pilot staying even or doing better after their post-Olympic premieres in the demographic. ABC's new series Mind Games started with weak numbers, as ABC struggles in the 10 PM time slot. NCIS was the most-watched show but down from its season average for CBS. Glee was moved to a new night and did better from its last episode, along with New Girl and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. CBS won with 13.6 million viewers and an 8.7 rating/14 share in households in primetime. It was followed by NBC (9.25 million, 5.6/9), ABC (6.5 million, 4.5/7), FOX (2.8 million, 1.8/3) and The CW (2.2 million, 1.3/2). The numbers for The CW are pending updates, as it was pre-empted in Chicago.

In the adults 18-49 demographic, NBC won again with a 2.6 rating, followed by CBS (2.2), ABC (2.0), FOX (1.2) and the CW (0.9). Here is the Tuesday hour by hour:
