[Movies] Captain America Exhibit To Debut At Disneyland
Posted by Joseph Lee on 03.01.2014

Superhero Hype reports that Captain America is the latest Avenger to get his own exhibit in the Innoventions building in Disneyland's Tomorrowland in Anaheim, California. "Captain America: The Living Legend and Symbol of Courage" will join "Iron Man Tech Presented By Stark Industries" and "Thor: Treasures of Asgard."

It's on the opposite side of the Iron Man and Thor exhibits. It features a wall dedicated to the life of Steve Rogers, a timeline of events from his birth until "Captain America faces his greatest challenge yet when he encounters a mysterious new enemy known only as the Winter Soldier." Items on display include Cap's original uniform from the 1940s, along with prototype shields and a "worn and beaten" version of the main shield. The woman introducing the exhibit said it was donated by Rogers "following his battle with the Winter Soldier."

Inside the attraction is a Captain America Disney Cast Member greeting fans with a salute and a smile. At one point, he gets confused when people begin talking about hashtags and spoke to a visitor about his love of illustrating. The exhibit opens on March 7, with no end date announced.
