In an interview with E! News, Gal Gadot described her workout routine for playing Wonder Woman in Batman vs Superman.
While at the Sadie Kitchen and Lounge in Hollywood at a dinner for VineVera skin care (where she's global ambassador), she said: "I just keep active—everything that's challenging me, everything that I feel like doing. It's not like I'm only TRX or Pilates. I do sports."
She said that TRX is her favorite "because everything's working your whole body. I do cardio, but I don't like it as much. I'd rather do weights."
She also spoke about her diet. She added: "I try to eat healthy. But sometimes though, I eat cheeseburgers. That's good for the soul. I make sure to balance everything out. I drink tons of water."
She will be joined in the film by Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. The film will be directed by Zack Snyder.
