Mickey Rooney has passed away. The legend of film passed away today, according to TMZ, at the age of ninety-three.

He was one of the last surviving stars of the silent film era and appeared in hit films like 1939's Babes in Arms, 1944's National Velvet, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Pete's Dragon and the Black Stallions films. He also appeared in 2011's The Muppets and the first Night at the Museum.
