[Movies] Warner Bros To Adapt Federal Bureau Of Physics
Posted by Joseph Lee on 04.08.2014

Deadline reports that screenwriter Justin Marks (Jon Favreau's version of The Jungle Book) is working with producer David Goyer to adapt Vertigo Comics' Federal Bureau of Physics. Marks will write the script based on a treatment by Simon Oliver, who created the comic with Robbi Rodriguez.

It was called Collider before the name was changed last year. Nellie Reeed, from Goyer's company, will also produce the film, with Jon Berg overseeing for WB. Goyer and Marks previously worked together on the film Green Arrow: Escape From Supermax, which is in development hell.

The comic focuses on the Federal Bureau of Physics, a group in a world where "quantum disturbances happen all the time and must be dealt with."
