[Movies] Robert Pattinson Earned $25 Million For the Last Two Twilight Films
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 04.10.2014

Say what you want about the Twilight films, but Robert Pattinson is laughing all the bank. TMZ reports that according to a new lawsuit, Pattinson made over $25 million for the final two Twilight films, Breaking Dawn Part 1 and Breaking Dawn Part 2, alone.

The lawsuit was filed over claims that Summit and Lionsgate are hiding profits from the film but revealed the paydays for the principal actors. Pattinson earned a bonus of $300,000 after the first film's success and parlayed that into a $2.5 million bonus for the movie once his negotiations for New Moon came around. That escalated as these tend to do, and by the final two films he worked out a deal where he earned the $25 million payday plus a percentage of the profits.

Those profits, by the way, have to be pretty hefty considering that the two films combined for $1.541 billion worldwide.
