Details Released Of Previous Lawsuit Filed By Bryan Singer's Accuser
Posted by Joseph Lee on 04.21.2014

TMZ has obtained FBI documents detailing claims of people in Hollywood committing acts of sexual abuse against minors, from a lawsuit filed by Michael Egan.

To recap the story so far, Egan is suing X-Men director Bryan Singer for sexually assaulting him several times at a mansion party in Encino, California. Egan claims that he went to the FBI in 2000 but FBI sources claim he never mentioned Singer. Singer has denied the claims.

Egan did, however, file a complaint against the men who owned the mansion, Marc Collins-Rector and Chad Shackley. This is according to an affidavit written by FBI Special Agent Joseph Brine in May 2003. Egan, who was fifteen at the time of the assault, is named "Minor #4".

Egan said that Shackley's younger brother invited him to a graduation party at the mansion. There were five to six people there, including Rector and Shackley. Singer was not mentioned. Rector told Egan that "90 percent of show business was gay and that you needed to sleep with people if you wanted to go anywhere. We stay together, but you do not want to see my dark side."

That's when Rector showed Egan his gun and said he was one of the 25 most people in Hollywood. He claimed it would be a "mistake" to make the group angry. Egan said he was then sexually assaulted at the estate and at other locations. He said he was taken to a Siegfried and Roy show in Las Vegas and drugged. After he woke up, he felt pain in his rectal area and knew he was sodomized by Shackley.

Collins-Rector was charged with 21 counts of sexual assault and made a plea bargain for one count. He fled the country with Shackley.

The other minors mentioned claimed they were flown into California from various states, offered $100,000 a year for college tuition, cars and other privileges in exchange for sexual favors. One of the minors was told by Rector that if he didn't have sex he would get sent back to his "hick town" and never have a life.
