Goddard's lawyer says it's "fantastical"...
Gary Goddard became the latest name sued by Michael Egan for alleged sexual abuse earlier this week and he's speaking out against the charges. TMZ reports that the lawyer for Goddard, a TV producer who has also done off-Broadway shows, told the site that the lawsuit filed against him is completely unfounded and that claims that he abused Egan in 1999 are "so fantastical as to be unbelievable on their face."
Goddard was sued earlier this week along with Garth Ancier and former Disney TV president David Neuman, with Egan adding them to the list of people he claims sexually abused him when he was fifteen at Hollywood parties and in Hawaii.
Goddard's lawyer added, "Mr. Goddard was not in Hawaii with Mr. Egan. He did not molest or touch or annoy Mr. Egan or commit any of the acts alleged. Also, he did not furnish drugs or alcohol to any minor at any time."
Ancier and Neuman have also denied the allegations; Singer, who was among the first sued, has called the charges against him "absurd."
