MTV's Buckwild Set To Return For a Second Season
Posted by Joseph Lee on 04.24.2014

TMZ reports that MTV's Buckwild will be back for season two, this time set in Wasilla, Alaska. The show was previously canceled by MTV after the death of cast member Shain Gandee. Producers said at the time that they would move forward with a second season.

The show has been shooting for about a month with a new cast. The concept is the same as season one, with several people hooking up, fighting and performing stunts. The cast shot a scene of themselves skinny dipping in freezing water during an ice fishing trip. They also shot a scene of a snowmobile ride through the mountains with people being pulled on inner tubes. It's currently 50/50 whether or not the stunts even make the show in the final edit.
