Sigourney Weaver Says She'll 'Transform' in Avatar Sequels

It'll be challenging for her...
Sigourney Weaver has dropped a tantalizing little hint as to how she will come back in the Avatar sequels. Weaver, whose character of Dr. Grace Augustine died in the first film, told Vulture that she will be on all three sequels and teased what she might be coming back for.
Weaver told the site, "It will be challenging for me. I can't talk about it, but my part is a little different in each one. I'll transform somewhat."
Grace was fatally shot by Stephen Lang's Colonel Quaritch in the first film and the Na'vi clan attempted to transfer her from her body into that of her avatar via the Tree of Souls, but she died before the process could complete. Assuming she was midway in the transformation process, her consciousness might be out there somewhere and she could always end up in a Na'vi body or perhaps be stuck in the Tree of Souls somehow.
The films are being shot back-to-back-to-back and will be released in December of 2016, 2017 and 2018.
