Lindsay Lohan Swears Under Oath She Suffered a Miscarriage
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 05.11.2014

TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan swore under penalty of perjury that she suffered a miscarriage in a $5 million lawsuit over her clothing line 6126.

Lohan was recently given a reprieve from responding to the lawsuit because she was in rehab last year, but she also failed to respond after she was released. As a result, she lost the case. In new court documents, however, Lohan wrote, "I have been overwhelmed since leaving rehab and dealing with my sobriety and a miscarriage," in order to undo the damage of the lawsuit. There has been speculation that Lohan made up the story of the miscarriage in order to garner buzz for her show on OWN or to gain the public sympathy's. But Lohan is under oath for the legal documents.

If it's discovered Lohan was not telling the truth about the miscarriage, she could face jail time under the penalty of perjury.
