Lindsay Lohan Doesn't Want To Talk About Her Miscarriage In Lawsuit
Posted by Joseph Lee on 05.14.2014

TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan doesn't want to be asked about her miscarriage in court, although she used the incident as an excuse in her case.

She lost a $5 million default judgment over her 6126 clothing line. She didn't file the appropriate legal papers so the judge made the call. She wants to appeal the case because she claims she had a lot of issues that prevented her from filing, including her miscarriage.

Prosecutors want to ask her about the matter while under oath but she refuses. Her lawyer said: "The court does not need the media circus that would ensue if counsel is allowed to invade Lohan's privacy and delve into her mental state regarding her sobriety and miscarriage."
