Lindsay Lohan Gets Double-Win in Lawsuit Settlement
Posted by AJ Grey on 05.19.2014

Lindsay Lohan picked up two wins in one in her lawsuit against a clothing company. TMZ reports that Lindsay's lawsuit against D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries has been settled for $150,000, which means that she won't have to testify about her miscarriage in court.

Lindsay's label 6126 had sued D.N.A.M. last year for $1.1 million, alleging that they had failed to pay hundreds of thoughts for licensing her trademark for international clothing sales. D.N.A.M. countersued saying that Lindsy's reputation made it hard for them to sell the merchandise. The settlement has put an end to both lawsuits, one of which prompted a demand from D.N.A.M. that she testify about the miscarriage which she had used as a reason why she didn't respond to their lawsuit.
