Annabeth Gish Joins Cast of Sons of Anarchy for Final Season
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 05.29.2014

TV Line reports Annabeth Gish will join the cast of Sons of Anarchy season 7 as the new smart and edgy sheriff.

Gish's character is named Althea Jarry, who is going to pursue the murderers of former Sheriff Eli Roosevelt and Tara Knowles (who died via meat fork by Katey Sagal's Gemma). Jarry soon realized she has to work with SAMCRO to keep the peace, even if it means playing by their roles. However, she has some rules of her own that might surprise the club.

Gish will shoot her role simultaneously with her regular role on FX's The Bridge, which returns for its second season on July 9. Sons of Anarchy's final season premieres this fall.
