Lisa Robin Kelly's Husband Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Rehab Facility
Posted by Joseph Lee on 06.10.2014

TMZ reports that Robert Gilliam, husband of deceased actress Lisa Robin Kelly (That 70s Show), has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Pax House, where she was getting rehabilitation services. The center is located in Altadena, California. He said that Kelly's "treatment and care were improperly administered" and she was neglected for "an unreasonable amount of time" by the staff.

Kelly died on August 15, three days after she was admitted to the facility. The coroner said it was an accidental death from multiple drug intoxication. However, the exact drugs were never revealed. Gilliam said that Kelly was last seen alive by Pax staff on August 14 and wasn't found dead until several hours later.

He said that her death caused him loss of love, affection, comfort and financial support.
