Goodfellas Actor Frank Sivero Spends Three Days In Jail On Gun Charge
Posted by Joseph Lee on 06.14.2014

TMZ reports that actor Frank Sivero (Goodfellas) was sentenced to ninety days in jail on Wednesday for gun possession but only served three days.

Sivero claims he was escorting a female friend out of an apartment building. When he got to the lobby, police were waiting for him, saw he had a gun and arrested him. Sivero's plea deal states that he can't use force or violence on anyone. He cannot possess any deadly weapons of any kind for the next three years. He also has to attend AA meetings every week for 26 weeks and pay $220 in fines.

The documents also mention a woman but there's no word on if it's the same woman he was with at the time of his arrest.

He was also credited with another days of jail time that he served in March. The most likely reason that he was released early was jail overcrowding.
