NBC Planning Celebrity Reality Series With Bear Grylls
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 06.19.2014

Bear Grylls is getting ready to take some famous names into the wilderness. Deadline reports that NBC has ordered six episodes of Running Wild With Bear Grylls, which will be a celebrity-starring survivalist competition series.

The series will see Grylls take the likes of Zac Efron, Ben Stiller, Channing Tatum, Deion Sanders, Tom Arnold and Tamron Hall into remote locations in the US and around the world for a forty-eight hour journey. Among the stunts included will be "skydiving into the Catskill Mountains, rappelling down the cliffs of Utah and battling torrential wind and rain in Scotland."

The show premieres on July 28th and will air at 8 PM ET/PT.
