Including possession and evidence tampering...
TMZ reports that Amanda Bynes has been cleared of charges from her New York City marijuana arrest. The judge said in January that if Bynes stayed out of trouble for six months that this would happen.
She allegedly threw a bong out of her apartment window when police arrived following complaints from neighbors that she was smoking marijuana and acting weird. She was charged with marijuana possession, evidence tampering and reckless endangerment.
Bynes' lawyer said that she has done exactly as she was told. The judge praised her behavior, dismissed the charges and sealed the case.
