Their target is a movie memorabilia store...
TMZ reports that Michael Jackson's estate is suing movie memorabilia store Premiere Props for auctioning historic photos from the Jackson brothers' 1984 Victory Tour. They claim that Jackson hired a photographer to shoot the concerts and Jackson's company owned the rights to the pictures.
Premiere Props auctioned the photos and tricked buyers into thinking they would also own the copyright. This is notable because the buyer could make a lot of money reprinting and selling the photos. Premiere had the photos priced between $200 and $2000.
The estate is suing for all of the profits and to stop Premiere from selling any more Jackson memorabilia.
