The Flash to Feature Arrow Villain for Seventh Episode
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 08.07.2014

It will still be a while yet before fans will see DC Comics characters crossing over in the film world, but TV's The Flash and Arrow have no problem with inter-connecting characters, stories, and even villains. An upcoming episode of The Flash will feature a villain who previously appeared on Arrow and will menace Barry Allen this season.

TV Line has the details on the on the seventh episode of the first season for The Flash, which involves Robert Knepper returning for the role of The Clock King (aka William Tockman). He will be the first villain to appear in both The Flash and Arrow.

However, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg revealed that Clock King will have a partner along for the ride for a villain team-up. Speaking on the story, Kreisberg stated, "We wanted to give Barry a real challenge… TWO bad guys!" He added, "[Barry will be] fighting both a new enemy and one of our scariest and most successful Arrow villains in The Clock King."

The identity of the other villain has not been revealed. The Flash premieres on October 7 on The CW.
