Star Wars: Episode VII Production Resumes with Harrison Ford
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 08.28.2014

You just can't keep a good nerf-herder down. THR reports that the Star Wars: Episode VII production has picked up again after a halt due to star Harrison Ford suffering a leg injury that stopped filming for a couple of weeks.

According to a source, filming continued again earlier this week at the UK's Pinewood Studios. Ford broke his leg on the set of the production last June. Sources claim the injury occurred in an incident for a sequence that involves the Millennium Falcon, the signature spaceship for Ford's character, Han Solo. Ford underwent surgery and the production went on a two-week hiatus in August to wait for his recovery.

Star Wars: Episode VII is scheduled for a December 18, 2015 release.
