Two big Disney movies...
Superhero Hype reports that Walt Disney Studios has announced that Big Hero 6 and Tomorrowland will both get presentations at the New York Comic Con on October 9.
For Big Hero 6, directors Don Hall and Chris Williams, along with producer Roy Conli and special guests, will present an "exclusive look" at the movie. Director Brad Bird, producer Damon Lindelof and guests will do the same for Tomorrowland.
Big Hero 6 is based on the Marvel title of the same name and stars Maya Rudolph, James Cromwell, Damon Wayans Jr., T.J. Miller, Alan Tudyk, Jamie Chung, Genesis Rodriguez, Daniel Henney, with Ryan Potter as Hiro Hamada and Scott Adsit as Baymax. It will be released in 3D on November 7.
Tomorrowland stars George Clooney, Hugh Laurie, Britt Robertson, Raffey Cassidy, Tim McGraw, Judy Greer, Kathryn Hahn, Keegan-Michael Key, and Thomas Robinson.
Here's a synopsis: Bound by a shared destiny, former boy-genius Frank (Clooney), jaded by disillusionment, and Casey (Britt Robertson), a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity, embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space known only as "Tomorrowland." What they must do there changes the world–and them–forever.
It will be released on May 22, 2015. NYCC begins on October 9 and runs through October 12.
