New deal between Marvel and Raleigh Studios...
Marvel has reached a new deal with Raleigh Studios that will see their next four films shot at Raleigh's Manhattan Beach studio. As part of the agreement, Marvel will move its Beverly Hills-based executive and production offices to Raleigh's facility in Manhattan Beach.
This is big news for California's film industry which has been hit hard lately with movies being filmed outside of the state in places that have given huge tax incentives to draw in film productions.
The four films that will be shot with Raleigh are Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America, and The Avengers.
Ermm, Raleigh is in North Carolina, not California, idiot.

It is a movie studio with a few different locations including Manhattan Beach. But well done on being so quick to be a smartass that you didn't read what was written in the report.
