[Movies] Mutant Chronicles Gets US Release Date

Magnet Releasing, a part of Magnolia Pictures, has acquired the US distribution rights for Mutant Chronicles. Mutant Chronicles is set for a Friday, April 24th 2009 release date. The film will actually be available before the theatrical release, through VOD, on Friday, March 27th.

Mutant Chronicles is a post-apocalyptic film set in 2707, and is based on the popular RPG franchise that shares the same name. The cast includes Thomas Jane, Ron Perlman, Devon Aoki, and John Malkovich.

They should have never released this movie all together its really terrible.

I thought it was quite enjoyable for a b-movie. It's certainly a lot better than it should have been despite the fact that the trailers make it look like an awful film. Still, i imagine most people will think it's shit.

@thedouce So true. Sadly I listened to one of the idiots on this page who said it was good and watched it (last year I want to say). Awful movie.
