Jackass Knoxville Lands Major Role In New Film

Everyone's favorite jackass will star in Grand Theft Parsons...
With Jackass: The Movie sitting atop the box office, star Johnny Knoxville has committed to a role in the upcoming comedy, Grand Theft Parsons.
The film is based on a true story and is about a road manager (Knoxville) who steals the body of a musician named Gram Parsons from the LAX mortuary and races it down to the Joshua Tree where he attempts to burn it to fulfil a pact he made with Gram.
The film also stars Christina Applegate, Michael Shannon, Marley Shelton, and Robert Forster.
David Caffrey will direct the screenplay by Jeremy Drysdale.
