"After 10 years of touring, our drummer and good friend Jarrod will be sitting out this cycle and we will be replacing him with our long time friend Nick Fredell. We'll miss Jarrod's presence out on the road, but Nick has fit in perfectly and we're excited for all of our fans to meet him. Jarrod's still very much a part of our family, so you'll be seeing him in press and the "Wherever I Stand" video which is coming soon. We look forward to seeing you all out at the shows."

May want to double-check that; Destination Daytona is right nearby in Daytona Beach. It's a big Harley Davidson-themed stop-off on I-95. And that date is right around Biketoberfest, the second big biker rally here every year.

@Guest: That may be true, but if you're a GNR fan, aren't you tired of getting jerked around by album news? I know I would be.

In Project 86 news, the band released this tidbit via project86.com and their myspace site:
PROJECT 86 CHRISTMAS EP AND MORE!!
You were promised exciting news and here it is... Project 86 will be releasing a Christmas EP in November (release date forthcoming in the next few days)!!!
Also, Project 86 will be recording their next album in late 2008!!!
This EP will be in both digital and physical formats, released exclusively through the band. It will include both cover tracks, as well as originals, and will most certainly be a unique holiday record. Stay tuned for pre-order info. and more...
The Ep will include "This Time of Year" and several other tracks. Don't expect anything less that Project at their best...

Where you get your radio stuff from? AllAccess.com? Just curious as that's what those of us in "the radio biz" use.
