Kanye West Comments On South Park Episode Making Fun Of Him

The new episode of South Park took aim at Kanye West, portraying him as a guy who is so out of touch with reality and so caught up in his own ego that he couldn't take a simple joke.
On his blog, West responded to the episode, saying he now knows that he needs to "GET PAST MYSELF."
"SOUTH PARK MURDERED ME LAST NIGHT AND IT'S PRETTY FUNNY. IT HURTS MY FEELINGS BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM SOUTH PARK! I ACTUALLY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY EGO THOUGH. HAVING THE CRAZY EGO IS PLAYED OUT IN MY LIFE AND CAREER."

Im a huge fan of his and find it pretty retarded how people have such strong opinions on someone they don't know anything about. Go by a cd and you will know that he is well aware of how large his ego is and that it must be turned off. Its becoming borderline pathetic to find people posting about someones ignorance when they too are ignorant. 90% of musicians speak louder through their music then their words so going by something that travels through the internet is pretty asinine.

Kanye West might be incredibly egotistical and whiny but at least he's not throwing a hissy fit about this. Can you imagine what Eminem would be doing if South Park even made a slight joke about him? His next album would have half of the tracks bitching about how the show dissed him (like it would be the ultimate crime) or isn't funny or something.
