Photographer Says He Wasn't Responsible For Madonna Accident

Maybe Madonna is just a bad equestrian...
The photographer who was blamed for Madonna's horse riding accident says it wasn't his fault.
Madonna was taken to the hospital this weekend with cuts and bruises after being thrown from a horse. Reps say the horse was startled by a photographer who stepped out of the bushes.
Photographer Thomas Hinton said he was the only person taking a picture and that he left the farm before the accident. He says he returned after getting a tip that an ambulance was headed there.
"If I had startled the horse, I would have gotten pictures!", says Hinton.
Madonna was in a riding accident in 2005 that resulted in three broken ribs, among other injuries.
