Britney Spears Labeled Deceased?

Amazing what a little court mishap can do...
Documents filed last Friday in Britney Spears's conservatorship case had a vital error on them by the clerk of court - they had pronounced Spears as dead.
Her lawyers were asking the judge to restate an order, keeping various business records confidential. The first page of the filing read, "In re the Conservatorship of the Person and Estate of BRITNEY JEAN SPEARS, Deceased."
