Lindsay Lohan Files Restraining Order Against Dad

Lindsay fears her dad will kidnap her...
Lindsay Lohan has instructed her lawyer to begin the paperwork to file a restraining order against her father Michael Lohan. The filing should be ready later this week.
Reports have that Lindsay is afraid her father is going to kidnap her. Lindsay was encouraged by her mother Dina to take legal action.
Last week, Michael said, "I'm going to see the judge this week. If I can't get a conservatorship, then I'm going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I'm going to get charged with kidnapping."
Michael Lohan has publicly claimed he worries his daughter is addicted to prescription drugs.

What happened to the girl who looked so cute in mean girls? And her dad may be a scumbag & a bad father, but I bet you he's right about the drug problem.. Now him kickin akon"s ass no way but drug problem I will agree with him..Both parents seem to be worried about there 15 min of fame...
