Amy Winehouse Has Been Drug Free For A Year

Amy Winehouse's father recently told the Home Affairs Committee during a discussion of the cocaine trade that Amy has been drug free for a year. The comments were being filmed for an upcoming documentary about rehab for heroin addicts.
He went on to say that Amy was lucky that she could afford private treatment, criticizing what he feels is poor drug rehab treatment for the poor.
"We were very fortunate - we were able to afford the best doctors, clinical psychologists, rehabilitation and hospitals," Mitch Winehouse said.
