22-year-old soldier Sean Mathis was arrested near the set of Miley Cyrus's movie "The Last Song" in Georgia for making "terroristic threats" and disorderly conduct.
Police say that, back in June, Mathis rolled up to Miley's movie set in a t-shirt and swim trunks, saw Miley's stunt double and shouted, "Hey, it's Miley Cyrus, I'm going to f**king kill you."
According to the police report, an officer ran down and arrested Mathis. During the arrest, cops say Mathis informed them he was a soldier. MP then took Mathis back to his base, where they announced yesterday that they will proceed with the case.
Meanwhile, 53-year-old Mark McLeod, the man who claims Miley Cyrus sends him "secret messages" through his television set, will not face a felony charge of attempted obstruction of a police officer, but will face two misdemeanor charges.
A Georgia grand jury said prosecutors failed to present sufficient evidence against to support the felony charge but he still faces two misdemeanor charges of criminal attempt to commit stalking and disorderly conduct.
McLeod has been in custody since August 4 when police arrested him near the movie set for the second time.
Arrest the cop. He broke the crime of preventing us from living in a Miley-Free world.
