Stone Temple Pilots To Record, Tour

"When we finish the album, there will be a big tour"...
Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland has recently told Spinner that the band is set to record a new album.
"When we get back [from tour], we're going to finish the album. Then, when we finish the album, there will be a big tour around its release and that will probably be a long tour."
The as-yet-untitled album will be the follow-up to 2001's Shangri-La Dee Da and is expected to arrive in 2010. However, contractual frictions between the band and Atlantic Records are said to be ongoing.
