...okay, so, what else is new?
British law firm Atkins Thomson Solicitors has filed a creditor's claim against Michael Jackson's estate over the proposed sale of Neverland Ranch.
Rumors that Jackson put the ranch on the market were never confirmed. However, the London firm is asking for $209,204.36 for services performed, including "General discussions re Michael Jackson, personal and professional situation dealing with Colony Capital, Tohme Tohme, Frank Dileo, and Others, Work in Relation to the Sale of Neverland."
The firm also claims to have done work with Jackson's US lawyers and AEG, as well as for the London concerts.
