DMX Wanted His Boxing Fight Fixed
Posted by Ashish on 11.07.2009

DMX apparently would only agree to box wannabe actor Eric Martinez if he was promised a victory. DMX's manager, Nakia Walker, actually submitted an addendum to the rapper's fight contract, stipulating that DMX was to win his bout.

The promoters, Thunder Promotions, refused to sign the addendum and so now DMX is threatening to back out of the fight. The promoters are already looking for a replacement and also plan to file a breach of contract lawsuit against DMX.

And people have the nerve to bag on wrestling for being fixed.

DMX only wants to fight if he looks good in the end, thats the only chance of looking harcore and gangsta is to fix a fight with a wannabe actor. DMX take your dumb, no talanted a$$ back to the streets cause you gonna get F'd in the A if you step in the cage.

I've always said it. "What's the difference between boxing and pro wrestling? ... NOTHING."

Oh wait, sometimes someone wins who isn't expected to in wrestling. (You know, like the Outlaws against Eddie and Perry.) That doesn't happen as much in boxing these days.
