Country music loves Taylor Swift, plus a little more Kanye bashing...
Taylor Swift was the big winner at last night's CMA Awards, taking home the night's top trophy - Entertainer Of The Year. Taylor is the youngest person ever to win the award and the first female artist to pick it up since Shania Twain in 1999. Swift also scored wins for Album, Female Vocalist and Video of the Year. Check out all the winers below.
Show co-host Brad Paisley and Swift even sang their own twist on a country classic - "Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Kanye".
Paisley and Lady Antebellum were multiple award winners as well, picking up a pair each.

So, does anyone know if this chick really is the best thing going in country music? Or is she just the beneficiary of manufactured "sympathy" from a stupid-ass non-story with Kanye West at a different, more meaningless award show?

Who cares about awards when you can win hugs, right?

She actually is quite popular in Country Music, equal too as popular as she is in pop. I think she would have won regardless what Kanye did.
I would have prefered if Brad Paisley or George Strait won though
