Michael Jackson's Father Appeals Will Executor Decision

Oh, for pete's sake, just go away already...
Joe Jackson has filed legal papers setting the stage to challenge the decision throwing out his challenge to Michael's will.
Joe will ask the California Court of Appeal to look in to his claim that Michael's name was forged on the will. Because of that, Joe wants John Branca and John McClain booted as executors.
