Green Day, Kings Of Leon Pick Up Woodies

mtvU held its sixth annual Woodie Awards last night. The show featured performances by Clipse featuring Cam'ron, Rick Ross, Passion Pit and Matt & Kim.

Death Cab for Cutie debuted "Meet Me on the Equinox" as well as performed their classic "Sound of Settling". The Dead Weather closed out the Woodies with a set featuring "I Cut Like a Buffalo," "Treat Me Like Your Mother" and "Hang You From the Heavens."

As for the awards, Green Day and Kings of Leon took home the big ones for Performing Woodie and Woodie of the Year. Neither attended, but the Green Day guy accepted via remote location. Check out all the winners belo.

The Woodies will air on December 4th.
