ORIGINAL: A new Tila Tequila sex tape has popped up on 4tube.com, and Tila isn't happy.
Tequila claims the video was taken from a laptop that was stolen two years ago. She's threatening to sue to keep the video off the net.
Tila's lawyer said, "A police report has been filed for Tila's stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if it's not."

You can file a lot of lawsuits and send a lot of letters but it doesn't mean it will go anywhere. Honestly I think law should be a mandatory 1 year course in high school just so we don't have to see these dumb articles and have people threaten to sue all the time.
Theoretically, filing frivolous lawsuits is supposed to lead to sanctions but that never happens for whatever reason. I wonder what court she filed in.

Yeah, the pics on Egotastic are not from the actual tape; they're supposedly pics they found on Google or whatever in an attempt to show that seeing Tila Tequila naked isn't that big a deal.
