Relive the 2008 VMAs dress one last time...

The Superior Court in LA has approved a plan for Britney Spears to donate the dress she wore at the 2008 MTV VMAs to a charity that aids Haitian earthquake victims.

The decision had to be approved by the court because of her legal conservatorship and the value of the property.

If you'll recall, 2008 was the year Britney looked vapid and won several awards, as opposed to 2007, when she danced around and looked fat.

Seriously? A dress is only going to cover one person, regardless of who it's former owner was. Bad form Brit.

wow your not that smart. The dress is going to be auctioned off and THAT money will go to hati. Donating it to the charity gives them the right to do whatever with it. Which in all cases they auction it off.
